Introduction
What is xyzDiagram?
xyzDiagram is a free, 100% browser-based diagram modeling tool designed with a strong focus on privacy and flexibility. The application runs entirely inside your browser and does not require a backend server or cloud infrastructure.
Everything you create in xyzDiagram stays on your local machine. Your diagrams, node types, settings, and modifications are stored locally in your browser storage. No data is uploaded or processed externally.
This privacy-by-design approach provides several advantages:
- No account creation required
- No dependency on cloud services
- Offline usage support
- Full ownership of your data
- Faster loading and editing performance
xyzDiagram is built on top of React Flow and enables highly flexible diagram creation. You can create custom node types, connect them with different edge styles, create hierarchical sublevels, and present complex models in an easy-to-understand way.
