xyzDiagram is a local-first, frontend-only application. Diagram data is processed locally in the browser by default.

When visiting the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed by hosting and CDN providers in order to provide the website securely and reliably.

3. Hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare)

This website is provided via Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process connection data for delivery, load balancing, and security purposes such as DDoS protection.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient website delivery).

4. Local browser storage

The application may use local storage technologies such as Local Storage, for example for language settings, theme preferences, and tool state. This data remains on your device.

5. JSON import/export and diagram data

Diagram data can be exported locally as JSON and imported again. This application does not require server-side storage of your diagrams.

6. External links

This website contains external links, for example to the support page (https://buymeacoffee.com/utilxyz). When opening such links, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.

7. Search engine indexing

This website may be indexed by search engines such as Google and Bing. Publicly accessible content may therefore be crawled and stored.

8. Storage period

Locally stored data remains in your browser until you delete it. Technical server or CDN logs are stored only as long as required for operation and security.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to certain processing activities. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
